Does this sound familiar?

You’ve asked your children to get off electronics, clean their room, stop fighting with their siblings, or stop running around the house. But, they won’t listen. They argue with you, they whine, or they just ignore you.

You feel frustrated. Overwhelmed. Angry.
You say nothing, give in, and feel bad.
Or maybe, you yell. And you instantly regret it.
How did you turn into this person who keeps yelling at their kids? That’s not what you want!

You’re exhausted by the constant struggles. You wonder if this will ever get better. Nothing you’ve tried is working and you’re out of ideas.

But, peeking out from beneath your frustration is a glimmer of hope.

You wish you had a way to get your kids to listen once and for all, so everything could be easier.

You want to find a way to stay calm, so you can be the loving parent you want to be.

You’re ready to start feeling like you’re winning at this parenting thing, like you’ve got things under control, and you enjoy spending time with your kids.

That’s exactly why I created “How To Get Your Kids To Listen.”

Hi, I’m Sharon! I work with parents who are feeling frustrated, exhausted or overwhelmed by the arguments and fighting with their toddlers to tweens. I help parents learn how to stay calm, and confidently resolve these conflicts, so they can have a peaceful home and enjoy spending time with their kids.

”How to Get Your Kids to Listen” is not just a class where you listen and take notes. This is an interactive, group coaching program where you’ll be learning and practicing new approaches, and have access to me each session to ask questions and get coaching on your specific situation. I keep the group small, so everyone gets personal attention. This program is a confidential and safe space for everyone to share, learn and grow.

In this coaching program, you’ll learn exactly the things you need to stop giving in or yelling, get your kids to listen, and feel like the parent you want to be. You’ll be excited about the difference you feel in yourself, and your kids will be happier too!

Frequently Asked Questions

1) My spouse or partner and I would both like to join your program. Do we both have to pay?

I love it when both parents want to learn together. That is fantastic! The total for two parents to register for the course is $. You can make your payment here (click on the icon that says “2 Parents - How to Get Your Kids to Listen”). I will schedule private coaching calls with each parent separately. Although you face similar challenges with your kids, you are different people, and I typically find that each parent has separate challenges as well. I want each participant in the program to get individual attention.

2) My family is uniquely wonderful, but doesn't fit the nuclear family norms. Is this a safe space?

Welcome! Yes, I love to work with all kinds of wonderful families. The common denominators are always that the parent deeply loves their children, nothing is working or they’re out of ideas, and the parent is ready to learn some new approaches and take action. If you’d like to talk to me about any concerns or special needs, please click here to schedule a free, consultation call.

3) My child has been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, or another neurodiversity. Can you help us?
I do not have special training about ADHD, Autism and other neurodiversities, although I have read extensively about ADHD because of some close, personal relationships. Although the skills taught in the program are helpful to all parents and children, this program will not address the more specialized approaches for children with ADHD and Autism. In these situations, I recommend consulting with a specialist. You can contact me here if you’d like referrals to ADD/ADHD specialists.

4) If you have questions not answered here, please contact me.
I’d love to hear from you and I’ll respond quickly.
