Do you feel:

  • You’ve become THAT parent who says no to everything?

  • You want to be there for your kids and help them make good choices, but they won’t let you in.

  • Your child seems really moody and won’t talk to you?

  • Your arguments with your kids pierce your heart?

  • An overall sadness, exhaustion, frustration and overwhelm from the stress with your kids.

Imagine what it will feel like to have the close, loving relationship you’ve always wanted!

How amazing would it be to:

  • Feel the warmth of your child’s hug.

  • Smile as your child spontaneously shares with you something funny or important from their day.

  • Feel trusted and involved, because your child comes to you for help.

  • Feel calm, relaxed and happy about your kids and your parenting.

  • Have more peace and joy in your life.

I know the heartache of being a daughter who wanted a close relationship with her mom, but challenges in the relationship got in the way.

And, as a mom, I’ve worked hard to apply my life and professional experience, and everything I’ve studied about families, communication and relationships to nurture a good relationship with my kids. They’re 15 and 19 now and they talk to me a lot.

But, since they’re teenagers, there are still moments when I feel them turning away from me, and I feel worried and sad. So far, I’ve always been able to recover and reconnect with my kids.

You can do this too when you have the right tools.

As a certified coach and former leadership trainer, I’ve helped hundreds of parents to communicate effectively, feel more calm and confident as parents, and have more peace in their lives.

Here’s what you’ll learn in this free, one hour class:

  • The most important skill every parent needs to have a close relationship with your kids.

  • How to gain more calm and confidence in your parenting.

  • Practical tips you can apply right away to communicate positively with your kids, improve your relationship, and feel like the parent you want to be.
