Do any of these happen in your house?
Kids begging for more time on phones and games or staying up too late on their devices.
Accusations that you’re too strict or unfair about screen time limits.
Feeling like you’re winging it when it comes to your kids’ digital media habits.
Taking away your child’s phone as a punishment, but it doesn’t fix the original problem for long.
Worries about the effect of screen time and social media on your child’s physical and mental health.
These scenarios are happening in families across the country, so if they’re happening in your home, please know it’s very common and you’re in very good company.
In fact, recent studies say that:
Nearly 60% of parents are worried about how much time their children spend staring at screens.
75% of parents reported conflict, tension and family disagreements about their kids’ media use.
Scrolling through an unlimited supply of filtered and crafted images on social media, and then comparing them with your own life, can have a noticeable, negative effect on your mood and psychological health.
We’re the first generation of parents raising children in an age where technology and social media have been around since our kids were born.
It makes perfect sense if you're feeling like you don’t have all the answers.
But no parent should have to struggle alone worrying about when things are going to get better, whether you’re making the best decisions for your child’s well-being and whether you’re doing the right thing as a parent.
I’m offering the class, “Battle Free Technology” to give you practical tools you can use to overcome the worries and tension in your home.
> Feeling more confident in your decisions about screen time
> Experiencing fewer arguments with your child
> Having more peace of mind about your child’s technology use
are all possible for you.
Hi, I’m Sharon!
I’m a certified coach and the mom of two teenage girls, ages 14 and 18.
Parents started asking me for parenting advice when my kids were in preschool, because I figured out a way to get my kids to listen to me without arguments and they wanted to know how I did it!
As a parent coach, I combine my over twenty years’ experience in coaching, counseling, conflict management, and corporate leadership training, as well as my educational background in human development and psychology .
Parent-child conflicts about technology use come up with over 90% of my clients and I’ve helped these parents end the arguments and come to honest and fair understandings with their kids about their screen time.
I’ve also led workshops for and coached hundreds of parents of toddlers to tweens to resolve a multitude of conflicts and struggles with their kids, so everyone in your family can get along better, and you can have more peace, love and joy in your family and your life.
In this interactive Zoom master class, you will learn how to:
Get more insight into your child's technology use and teach them good habits.
Protect your child online.
Set technology limits without arguments.
And you’ll learn to navigate these issues in ways that:
> Reduce conflict and tension between you and your child.
> Increase understanding and agreement, and improve your relationship.
> Give you more peace of mind.

“Your class gave me valuable new insights about my child. The real life examples you shared made it easy to see how to use these steps. I’m excited to apply what I learned!”
“The value of these tools is that we can apply them in the way that feels right for us and our kids. Your examples were great. Everything you shared was very practical. For better or worse, I had the chance to use this with my son a few days after our class and it worked! I didn’t yell and my son didn’t argue with me. We actually found a solution and so far, he’s doing better. Thank you!”
